Most clients start noticing shifts in their energy and how they feel within the first few weeks. Bigger, lasting changes typically unfold over 2–3 months. This isn't a quick fix — it's a real transformation.
No! The goal isn't perfection — it's progress. We focus on adding nourishing foods and building sustainable habits, not eliminating everything you love.
All sessions are held virtually via my client software or Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere.
